DESCRIPTION: 26' CLASS C ESTABLISHMENT MOTORHOME 1982 Establishment 26' with a Ford 400 engine, dual exhaust, 90,000 miles very good condition, uses no oil, new tires, 8 to 10 mpg, very good tires/brakes, CB, 12 volt fans, Onan 4k generator, new 2 door Dometic 2 way refrigerator and new Suburban 6 gal water heater, new water pump and accumulator, 4 burner stove with Magic Chef oven, 3 roof vents with caps, windshield cover, a table sets up in front of sofa across from fold down table and 2 swivel chairs, microwave, reupholstered, furnace, new air conditioner, bug shield, spare tire, hitch ball in back and ball in front, spare tire, tinted windows and rear BL scissor leveling jacks. We're the 2nd owners of this rig and it has always been very well maintained and taken care of. It has a very solid floor and roof which gets a coat of Kool Seal every year. Nothing needs to be done - Ready to travel or live in. It has a New Mexico title and at this time is located at the SKP Ranch in Lakewood NM between Carlsbad and Artesia but we live in Florida and can deliver anywhere between Phoenix Az and Live Oak Florida.
