91 fleetwood flair, excellent condition,new hardwood floor, stove, oven,split bath, sleeps 6, genset, new engine in 2001. wont last a rare find. call for more info. asking 16kobo Call 772-528-3832, the motorhome is in excellent shape, we just had the paint refreshed less than a month ago. The interior is in perfect shape, there has been no smoking or pets inside the motorhome. the carpet shows no signs of wear marks or holes. We just pulled the vinyl flooring out and had it replaced with Pergo hardwood in the kitchen and bathroom. We just purchased new sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters, for both beds they have not been used at all.it has a large comfortable shower,It has a hot water system and a water storage tank. It has a central heat system with a roof a/c, the a/c in the dash works perfect. The roof has been recoated and should be good for two years without any maintenance. In 2001 the engine was replaced under warranty due to a cooling problem and has less that 20k, the odometer reads 80k. In 2001 both awnings were replaced completely with new awings and hardware, i have all receipts for most everything that has been done as far as maintenance and repairs. The electrical system has a generator, battery maintainer, and a/c hookup for use anywhere.
